Lead the establishment and continuous optimization of quality systems, processes, inspection standards, and work instructions; Review the product inspection manual to ensure that the system is appropriate, sufficient, and effective.

• Team and Goal Management

Set team goals, allocate tasks reasonably, supervise and guide subordinates' daily work, conduct skill training and performance evaluation, and build an efficient quality control team.

• Customer Quality Assurance

Coordinate customer quality information, lead complaint handling, 8D report output and closed-loop, claim response, and customer audit reception, maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

• New Product and Process Quality Control

Plan and implement quality reviews, sample confirmation, and trial production verification for each stage of new product development; Continuously reduce process defects through on-site inspections, defect displays, and specialized monitoring of key defects.

• Data driven improvement and 6S management

Compile quality daily/weekly/monthly reports, use data analysis to propose and promote improvements; Responsible for the inspection of 6S in the inspection area and maintenance of measuring instruments, ensuring the reliability of the measurement system and the cleanliness and orderliness of the site.

2. More than 5 years of experience in managing automotive interior and exterior projects, familiar with the development process and technical standards of soft interior products, with experience in automotive soft interior and battery pack shell projects;

3. Develop and lead the orderly progress of early-stage project plans, and be able to use design software such as CAD and UG for technical review and guidance;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the pre planning of new projects in the company, conducting feasibility assessments of new projects, proposing standards, samples, and material suggestions, developing and reviewing development plans.
